Bookings
How often are your bookings open?
My bookings are open every 2-3 months. This is just a personal preference since I manage my bookings entirely on my own.

What information do I need to book an appointment?
The form to book an appointment will ask for these details:
- Flash or Custom?
- Any reference pictures
- Color or Black and Grey?
- Size (in inches)
- Placement (location on body)
- Availability/Time Preference
- Pronouns
- Budget
What if I want to book an appointment with friend(s) for matching tattoos?
I am currently only accepting 2-6 people for simple matching tattoos and 2-4 people for more detailed matching tattoos.
When booking for matching tattoos, please only submit one form and include the names of all members of your party. The deposit will be charged to whoever makes the booking. At the end of the appointment, the final payment can be made individually or as a group and the deposit will go towards the final price.
** Discounts can be given to matching tattoos that are simple, 1-color, line-work only and within 1-4 inches.
What if I want to book an appointment with friend(s) for tattoos that aren’t matching?
Please have all members of your party submit their own form individually. Everyone should include the same dates/timeframes, and include the names of the other members of the party.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
One guest is welcomed with notice. However, I preferably ask that you come alone, as my studio space is small and having less people in the studio allows for a calmer tattooing environment.
Anyone under the age of 16 is not allowed. No exceptions.
Rates + Deposits
What is the general rate for a tattoo?
Estimates on tattoos will be given on a case-by-case basis depending on the detail, placement, and size.
The minimum for any booking is $200, for a minimum duration of 1 hour.
If you’re booking a small scale tattoo, you are fully able to book between 1-4 small pieces, line-work only (roughly the size of a silver dollar or smaller) within the 1 hour minimum.
What is the deposit for a booking?
There is a $50 deposit for each booking, with a $5 booking fee. The $5 booking fee is included to cover the processing costs of the booking system I use.
The deposit will go towards your time in the chair and will be included in the final price of your tattoo. This deposit is non-refundable once submitted.
What forms of payment are accepted?
I will only be accepting cash (preferred) or card. I do not accept any other form of digital payment (Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, etc.). Sorry for any inconveniences!
*Please note that a deposit must be made within 48 hours of receiving a confirmation text from me in order to complete the booking.No responses/No deposits will be archived and spot will be given to the next in line.
Please have your form of payment ready at the end of our appointment.
Tipping of course is never expected, but always appreciated! I also accept tips in other forms, such as trinkets, art, and plants! :)
Late Policy
What is your late policy?
If you are running late, please notify me via text message.
Please note that arriving 15 minutes late without notice may forfeit your scheduled appointment and deposit.
A new deposit and appointment time will needed to reschedule. Consistent lateness or reschedules may result in my inability to offer future bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations require a 48-hour notice prior to the originally scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the deposit and booking a new appointment.
Touch-Up Policy
What is your touch-up policy?
One touch up is free for the first year. After the first year, touch-up pricing is subject to the quality and size of the tattoo. Touch-ups can be booked at any time.
Can I get a touch-up on a tattoo not originally done at Spider Ivy Ink?
I normally do not touch-up tattoo work that was not originally done by me. I am open to small-scale, minor touch-ups such as script or small fine-line tattoos at my minimum booking charge. Touch ups may also be combined with a scheduled appointment.
Appointment Preparation
How do I prepare for my tattoo appointment?
Please moisturize your skin well before your tattoo appointment. This helps ensure your skin is not too dry, so that the tattooing process will go on smoothly.
Please make sure to eat a good meal and drink plenty of water before your appointment.
Please wear appropriate clothing to your appointment. I will need easy access to the area that will be tattooed, so I recommend wearing something comfortable, and preferably black with the possibly of getting ink on it (hopefully not).
Please try to get good rest the night before your appointment.
(Optional) You may want to bring something to your appointment to entertain yourself (e.g. headphones for music, book).
